Adding Magento Account Login Logout to Footer Links

As sometimes happens, clients want to remove the Account Login links from the header links block. Usually due to space and or design constraints. This reduces some of the built in functionality in Magento. But don’t despair, you can add them to the footer links static block that’s there by default, before the closing ul tag.
